I would suggest that DaRon Bland and Jake Ferguson have both had too many errors of late and would be prime candidates for at least a temporary demotion... he wasn't even contributing to that blocking, it was mostly Javonte Williams at the RB spot.

Ferguson faces benching due to errors and lack of blocking contribution.

The source suggests Ferguson 'would be prime candidates for at least a temporary demotion' due to 'too many errors of late,' and notes that Ferguson 'wasn't even contributing to that blocking' in the Cowboys' most effective offensive plays against Tampa Bay, where Javonte Williams at RB was the primary blocker instead; the source recommends simplifying the offense by relying on Pickens, Lamb, and Flournoy rather than using Ferguson as a 'third seam-stretching element.'
