Horton has limited opportunities but upside for increased targets against Denver.

Tory Horton has seen limited opportunities but represents a target for increased involvement. Against Denver's depleted secondary, the Seahawks should spread the ball around to multiple receivers. If Horton becomes a credible option alongside Kupp, Shaheed, and others, the Broncos will have a harder time devoting extra attention to Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
