Meyers' WR40 rank and CB1 Stingley matchup make this a bad spot despite Texans' weakness.

Meyers is the WR40 on WR63 usage this year in a very volatile role in a high-flying offense. He's mostly an intermediate threat without a manufactured touch role, but can make plays in the red zone and over the middle, where the Texans have struggled more than normal this year. Jacksonville is 14th in projected points (22.75) in Europe's 'home' game. He'll see CB1 Derek Stingley, making it a bad matchup even if the Texans have been dunked on at times this year.
