Chuba Hubbard is doing, uhh, let's just call it a "lot of cool stuff." Cool though Hubbard is, he is not a true usage monster.

Hubbard's limited pass-catching caps his ceiling at high-end RB2.

Hubbard is doing cool things in the Panthers offense but is not a true usage monster; he doesn't catch enough passes and the Panthers have awesome wideouts competing for high-value touches. His floor and ceiling are both that of a high-end RB2, especially in a drearily-totaled matchup against the Eagles.
