Cooks scored vs. Seahawks with Samuel out; faces weak Commanders defense Monday night.

With the 49ers decimated at the WR position after Deebo Samuel went down with a hamstring injury, Cooks is appealing Monday night versus Washington. Cooks scored against the Seahawks after Samuel went out, though he only accumulated two targets. If Cooks can get an increased share in an offense containing Mike Evans, George Kittle, and Christian McCaffrey, he could return value against a Commanders defense that was torched by the Giants' passing attack last week.
