Daniels 16th; another elbow dislocation; injury concerns limit ceiling.

Daniels ranks 16th; while he has the skills to be a top-10 QB, he continues to show he can't stay on the field. He suffered another elbow dislocation that forced him to miss multiple games. If injuries continue, he won't be the player the Commanders believe he can be.
