Ridley available as cheap veteran receiver to fill short-term injury gap.

Calvin Ridley, 31, is positioned as a veteran boundary receiver option for the 49ers' short-term receiver needs due to injuries. The source notes he is 'past his prime' but 'should also come cheap' and can fill a temporary void, with the expectation that the 49ers will prioritize a veteran role-filler over a big-name acquisition as injured players return.
