Charles elevated to address Seahawks' weak kickoff coverage as special teams gunner.

Wide receiver and special teams gunner elevated from practice squad for Week 6 Broncos game; acquired from Jets in May, missed first five games with knee injury on injured reserve, designated to return October 7, and activated to active roster Tuesday. Expected to play key role on kick and punt returns where he is highly regarded; elevation addresses Seahawks' special teams weakness—the team ranks near bottom of league in yards allowed per return through first month of season.
