Herbert is an MVP frontrunner in McDaniel's new, explosive offense.

Justin Herbert is positioned as an MVP frontrunner for the upcoming season, with the source noting that Mike McDaniel's offensive scheme will allow Herbert to make throws he never could in previous systems, effectively acting as a 'kid in a candy store' with Herbert's elite arm talent.
