Yahoo Sports NFL on Daniel Jones

Scout uses Daniel Jones as comp for Manning's big frame and decision-making concerns.

An AFC scouting director used Indianapolis Colts QB Daniel Jones as a comp for Arch Manning, citing stylistic and evaluation similarities. The director stated: "I see Daniel Jones. Daniel Jones is a pretty good quarterback, now. Arch is, too. But style-wise, and just the questions that come into my head when I watch him, it's like the Daniel Jones experience all over again: big, talented, athletic kid … decision-making questionable, [inconsistent] ball placement." The comparison was chosen over Josh Allen, Trevor Lawrence, and Drake Maye comps.
