Boutte's failed Texans tenure supports skepticism on Harrison's mid-season trade impact.

Kayshon Boutte is cited as evidence of the Texans' poor track record with mid-season acquisitions. Traded for in late August, Boutte has failed to produce, with no touchdown or 40-yard game yet, suggesting the organization doesn't deserve benefit of the doubt on new additions like Marvin Harrison Jr.
