Penix suffered rib injury in fourth quarter of Ravens loss but was a full practice participant all week and received no injury designation on Friday's report, clearing him to start Sunday against the Bears. He missed the first two games of the season recovering from last season's torn ACL and is 52-of-77 for 719 yards, three touchdowns and one interception through three starts.
