Start Brissett over elite QBs like Burrow and Hurts in a projected shootout

Kelley ranks Brissett as his QB7 for the week, advising managers to start him over established studs like Joe Burrow and Jalen Hurts. He expects a high-scoring shootout against Miami, making Brissett a high-upside play for those seeking optimal performance.
