Acme Packing Company on Josh Jacobs
ArticleESPN: Josh Jacobs has spoken to the NFL in their investigation
From the article
They ruled that he is off the commisioner exempt list starting on Monday. So, to start Week 7, he can go back to the team facility with the Packers, work his way back into the lineup for Week 7. Now that doesn't mean that the investigation into his domestic incident is over. I'm told that is ongoing, but I talked to the attorney of the woman in the case, who said she has not participated in the investigation part. She has not been interviewed, due to privacy concerns. Josh Jacobs, I heard, has talked to the NFL.

Jacobs reinstated for Week 7; investigation ongoing with suspension risk if video surfaces.
Reinstated from commissioner exempt list effective Monday, Week 7; can return to Packers facility and work back into lineup for Week 7. Investigation into domestic incident remains ongoing; Jacobs has spoken to the NFL as part of their investigation. Victim's attorney reports the woman has not participated in investigation due to privacy concerns. Key variable: unreleased video of incident; if released publicly, league could impose longer suspension despite Jacobs' truthfulness in interview, though time on exempt list counts toward any future suspension. Jacobs has not been financially punished by league to date.
