Positive signalRole

Pierce elevated to lead role with top three Eagles RBs sidelined.

Dameon Pierce is one of only two healthy backfield options remaining on the Eagles' roster after Will Shipley was placed on injured reserve, Saquon Barkley is nursing a hamstring injury, and Tank Bigsby is on IR. This positions Pierce for increased playing time and touches in the Eagles' backfield.
