Johnson ruled out with neck injury; Manhertz and Fidone fill tight end depth.

Tight end Theo Johnson is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Saints due to a neck injury. With Johnson out, Chris Manhertz could become the No. 2 tight end, though he is primarily a blocker. Thomas Fidone, who has appeared in one game so far, adds more as a receiver behind starter Isaiah Likely.
