Bowers is the Bills' biggest defensive concern with elite production since return.

Bowers is the one player the Bills' back seven has the most reason to fear; he has 24 catches for 312 yards and three touchdowns in three games since returning from meniscus procedure, with a touchdown in all three games and 100 yards in two of them, including eight catches on 10 targets for 110 yards in the 45-17 loss in New England; Jim Leonhard called him a problem this week and said the whole plan for the Raiders' offense has to start with him.
