Get Jonathan Taylor more involved in the passing game. Give Jones throws where he does not have to stand in a collapsing pocket, process everything perfectly and then make a difficult throw to a receiver struggling to separate. Instead, the offense too often looks like it is asking mediocre players to simply play better.

Needs more passing game involvement; cannot carry offense alone every Sunday.

The source argues that Taylor needs to be more involved in the passing game to help compensate for the Colts' depleted receiving corps and Jones's struggles against pressure. Rather than asking Taylor to carry the offense by himself every Sunday, the offense should manufacture more touches for him and give Jones easier completions through Taylor. The source criticizes the current offensive structure for not utilizing Taylor effectively to hide the weaknesses around him.
