Skattebo benched entire game for fumbles; role severely limited despite being lead back.

Giants' lead RB benched for entire game despite being the team's best running back; has fumbled four times this season, with his last fumble costing the Giants a victory in Washington. Source argues that while discipline is warranted, benching Skattebo entirely—even after halftime when Saints had changed momentum—was excessive; Skattebo played only six snaps without touching the ball once, severely limiting Giants' offensive production against one of the NFL's worst rushing defenses.
