Brown returned from a five-week high ankle sprain absence to play a relatively minor role in the Patriots' 26-19 win over the Jets in his first game back. Despite being the team's primary passing weapon, he fielded 10 targets but caught only 3 for 27 yards and dropped at least two passes, including a potential 61-yard touchdown on a deep sideline route where he struggled to track the ball over his shoulder.
