STACKED’s take

NeutralValue

Hold Will Shipley in dynasty as a young satellite back.

Will Shipley is a recommended dynasty hold due to his youth and 'satellite back plus' profile, similar to a discount version of Aaron Jones. Despite injury setbacks, he remains a stash candidate rather than a drop.
