Negative signalRole

Higbee's fourth-quarter fumble while driving for the lead undermines his recent positive role.

Higbee stepped up over the last three weeks following recent injuries to Terrance Ferguson and Colby Parkinson, filling a critical role for the Rams. However, he fumbled the ball when driving for the lead in the fourth quarter—a critical mistake for a veteran player and locker room leader. While the source notes this play didn't directly cost LA the game, it was still costly.
