Tracy led backs with 6 carries for 18 yards in ineffective four-way split

Tracy had six carries for 18 yards in the four-way running back timeshare, the most carries among the Giants' backs but still part of a fragmented approach. The Giants' run game was ineffective overall, producing only 34 yards on 14 carries (2.4 yards per carry) against a New Orleans defense that entered the game with one of the league's worst run defenses. Head coach Harbaugh acknowledged the timeshare is not ideal and stated that one of the four backs needs to step up to earn the primary role.
