Bleeding Green Nation on Dontayvion Wicks

Wicks' corner route was a poor matchup choice; pocket collapse limited his opportunity.

McKee was focused on Wicks running a corner route against a cornerback with outside leverage, and the source questions why McKee chose that side. However, the pocket was already collapsing, so McKee had no realistic opportunity to work back across the field anyway. The source notes the Eagles don't seem to prioritize matchups on offense, and this play exemplified poor decision-making or scheme execution.
