One of the cautions with Arroyo (outside of his blocking) was his health. In 2022, Arroyo tore his ACL severely enough that he only played four games in 2023. After missing no games in 2024, Arroyo hurt his knee at Senior Bowl and didn't participate at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Arroyo's injury history continues; ACL tear, multiple knee injuries derail development.

Second-round pick (No. 50 overall) has been plagued by injuries throughout his NFL career; tore ACL in 2022 and played only four games in 2023; missed no games in 2024 but suffered knee injury at Senior Bowl and did not participate in NFL Scouting Combine; late in 2024 regular season, went to injured reserve after knee injury against Atlanta Falcons (activated for NFC Championship); pattern of health setbacks has limited his ability to establish consistent role.
