Doubs loses $400K in bonuses; at risk for $3M in incentives this season.

Doubs signed a four-year, $68 million contract with the Patriots in March that included per-game roster bonuses totaling $1.7 million. Being placed on injured reserve will cost him at least $400,000 in bonuses (four installments) that he will not earn. Additionally, he has $3 million in not-likely-to-be-earned incentives at risk for this season, including $750,000 each for reaching 70 catches, 80 catches, 1,000 receiving yards, and 1,200 receiving yards. His 2027 cap number will decrease by at least $400,000 due to the IR placement.
