Williams is a zero-rostered desperation play with upside vs. Lions' weak WR defense.

Rostered in 0% of Yahoo leagues, Williams is a desperation dart throw after injuries and bye weeks; he ran 60% of routes and earned a 10% target share in Sunday Night Football, totaling 41 yards on 6 touches including a few handoffs; the Lions defense allows 32.9 fantasy points and rank No. 3 in receiving yards allowed to wide receivers, making them an attractive target despite Williams being a low-priority option.
