The former Alabama star is my top waiver wire target for the second consecutive week. Germie Bernard had six receptions on nine targets for 80 receiving yards and 14.4 PPR fantasy points in Week 5. Then, the rookie had 11 receptions on 12 targets for 87 receiving yards, a touchdown and 25.7 fantasy points on Sunday, outperforming DK Metcalf in multiple categories. I would blow up to half of my remaining budget to get Bernard.
