Cowing's snap count down to 15; likely inactive if Kirk returns.

Cowing's snap count has dwindled to 15, and the writing is on the wall for his role. Despite having every opportunity over the past month to carve out a role, he hasn't gotten open. Brandin Cooks doubled Cowing's snaps. If Christian Kirk returns, Cowing could be inactive, with Jordan Watkins returning punts. The source also criticizes his return game, noting he muffed a punt after catching it at the six-yard line and left his feet to dive on another punt, suggesting poor decision-making.
