Stafford has to agree... he could just refuse to go somewhere if the Rams trade him. He's rich enough and accomplished enough at this point to just not show up... if he goes to the Vikings, Stafford may like the idea of reuniting with Kevin O'Connell and pairing with Justin Jefferson for a team that is 5-0.

Stafford holds de facto veto power over any trade despite unclear no-trade clause status; he is wealthy and accomplished enough to refuse relocation. A trade to Minnesota to reunite with Kevin O'Connell and pair with Justin Jefferson on a 5-0 team would be more palatable than destinations like Cleveland.
