Daniels inconsistent in first half, improved second half; scramble-to-throw game plan.

Commanders QB showed inconsistency across four quarters against 49ers; struggled in first half but improved in second half with more aggressive play-calling. Quinn emphasized the importance of decision-making on 4th down throws even when penalties are anticipated, and noted the game plan was designed as a scramble-to-throw scheme due to team speed and 49ers' depth of coverage.
