STACKED’s take

Negative signalRole

Fannin's three-game slump and third-option role make him unplayable in low-volume offense.

Fannin has now had three consecutive games with three or fewer receptions and is the third receiving option on a team that doesn't throw. KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston will get fed first, and with Cleveland averaging just 173.5 passing yards per game, there's not enough volume. The source prefers Michael Mayer and Jake Ferguson over Fannin for the rest of the season.
