FantasyPros Articles on Chigoziem Okonkwo

Okonkwo's back-to-back production plus McLaurin's absence could boost targets.

At only 16% rostered, Okonkwo is becoming an interesting fantasy option after back-to-back productive performances. The loss of Terry McLaurin in Washington creates a significant hole in the passing attack, and those targets could flow to Okonkwo, particularly on shorter and intermediate routes. While consistency has been a historical problem, his recent performances are encouraging, and the potential for additional targets makes him considerably more interesting than weeks prior. Okonkwo offers a combination of recent production and future opportunity that could make him a useful fantasy starter beyond Week 7.
