Prescott faces struggling Eagles offense in weak matchup.

Prescott and the Cowboys face the Eagles with Tanner McKee starting. The Eagles' offense and offensive line have already been struggling significantly. The Cowboys also suck, making this a matchup where both teams are weak offensively. The Cowboys have not impressed as a fantasy defense, but this is such a good matchup that they look like a reasonable low-end streamer.
