Yahoo Sports NFL on Jordan Love

Love's precision throws and safety manipulation led to 37-yard gain and TD against Cowboys.

Love demonstrated precision and decision-making in Week 4 against the Cowboys. On the Huggo concept with Golden, Love delivered a perfectly placed throw 'right over Golden's shoulder, landing as light as a feather' for a 37-yard gain. On a subsequent touchdown pass to Golden, Love held the safety in place with his feet and shoulders pointed outside before opening up on the throw to the middle, showing poise and anticipation. The source credits Love's improved execution compared to Week 3 against the Falcons, where he overthrew the same concept.
