Steele waived/injured after shoulder injury on first touch of season

Steele was waived/injured after suffering a shoulder injury on his first and only touch of the season, a four-yard reception in Week 6. He re-entered the game after getting banged up but then left again. He had been called up to the roster after beginning the season on the practice squad and was set to enter Week 6 as RB2 behind Dameon Pierce with the Eagles missing their top three running backs due to injury. If Steele clears waivers, he will revert to the Eagles' injured reserve list.
