Sell Quentin Johnston; slight McConkey boost offset by broken offense and low floor.

The source recommends selling Quentin Johnston, noting that while he sees a slight boost in the absence of Ladd McConkey, the Chargers offense is not firing on all cylinders and Johnston's floor is at risk of bottoming out every week.
