Hurts' blood clot diagnosis upgraded to DVT and bilateral PE; NFLPA demands investigation.

Jalen Hurts was originally diagnosed with a superficial blood clot before the diagnosis was modified to deep vein thrombosis in his left leg and bilateral pulmonary emboli. The NFLPA is calling for a full investigation into the Eagles' medical care and handling of his clearance to play Week 5 against the Jaguars in London, as the league previously informed the union it did not plan to review the care he received. Hurts will miss the remainder of the season.
