Emerging as preferred handcuff/alternative in Patriots backfield. Comments suggest Tracy gaining traction as waiver target, with one manager planning to bid for him over Rhamondre. Giants unexpectedly cut Najee Harris, potentially opening more touches for Tracy. Noted as having 'well-documented issues' but seen as having better chance at meaningful touches than Rhamondre in timeshare.
