Engram faces bleak outlook in Broncos' pass-starved offense.

Engram is operating in a deeply ugly environment for pass catchers. The Denver Broncos rank dead-dog last in air yards per game after Sean Payton took over a couple weeks ago. The Broncos have the league's third-lowest pass rate over expected, the fifth-lowest neutral pass rate, and the fourth-fewest offensive snaps per game. Against the Seahawks last week, Denver had a meager 108 total air yards, the second fewest of the week.
