Arrowhead Pride on Andrew Armstrong

Armstrong made NFL regular-season debut with 42 snaps; first career catch in red zone.

Journeyman Andrew Armstrong played 42 snaps on Sunday and made the most of his opportunities with 1 reception for 13 yards. The Chiefs are his third team since joining the league as an undrafted free agent last season; on his first two teams, he didn't see the field. Sunday marked his NFL regular-season debut. While he mostly blocked, he made his first career catch in the red zone on a nice route to beat coverage, working an in-cut after beating his coverage to the spot in the middle of the field.
