When you have receivers running into each other and not getting proper spacing and timing (I'm looking at you, Cooks and Watkins), Purdy can't hit anticipatory throws to receivers he doesn't trust

Cooks' spacing and timing issues limit effectiveness without Evans.

Available as a receiver option for the 49ers without Evans, but struggled with spacing and timing against Washington in the second half when the Commanders increased blitz rate; without proper separation and timing, Purdy cannot hit anticipatory throws to receivers he doesn't trust, limiting Cooks' effectiveness in this matchup.
