Hogs Haven on Jayden Daniels

Commanders' offense depends on Daniels playing hero ball despite season design to avoid it

The Commanders offense showed stark inconsistency: in the first half against the 49ers, the offense put up only 90 yards and two first downs, then Daniels came out in the second half and finished with 300 passing yards and two touchdowns with only four rushes for 10 yards. The team started the season trying to move away from Jayden Daniels having to play hero ball, but now the team can only function correctly if he does.
