With McLaurin sidelined, Diggs must assume the true No. 1 receiver role. Despite being less dynamic than in his younger years and having some uncharacteristic drops early in the season, Diggs remains an elite presence with 1,000-yard seasons in each year since 2018 (save two injury-impacted years). His target share will increase significantly, and he has the coverage understanding, competitiveness, and leadership to step up and carry the position group as he did when sharing duties with McLaurin.
