Yahoo Sports NFL on Jalen Coker

Coker's RPO targets exploit Anzalone's dead-last PFF coverage grade.

Coker has been a beneficiary of the Panthers' success in the middle of the field on RPO throws. Given Alex Anzalone's struggles in coverage—he's ranked dead last by Pro Football Focus among 75 qualifying linebackers—short passes to Coker in the middle of the field can turn into big chunk plays if the Panthers continue to execute with the same success they've had so far this year.
