Prescott has 3:4 TD:INT over three starts; Cowboys offense struggling.

Dak Prescott has a 3:4 TD:INT total over his past three starts and hasn't provided more than one score since Week 2. While positive regression should come in the touchdown department, the Cowboys' offense is not performing well as an 11-man unit, and Philadelphia is rarely a get-right spot even when the Eagles are in chaos mode.
