Cooper back from injury with 6-103-1 line; flex-only if Mitchell out.

Cooper returned from a high ankle sprain (suffered Week 1, missed Weeks 2-5) on Sunday and made a major impact, playing 82% of offensive snaps with a 6-103-1 receiving line on seven targets. He immediately leapfrogged Tim Patrick and Isaiah Williams on the depth chart. Cooper should be on rosters but should be considered for a flex spot only if Adonai Mitchell remains out this week. Target volume is likely to be at a premium against Miami, which has faced the fewest WR targets and allowed the third-fewest WR fantasy points this season; only three receivers have reached double-digit fantasy points against Miami in five games, and none have reached 20.
