Predictable scheme fails to exploit Pickens' size and one-on-one ability.

The source indicates that Pickens should be attacking defenses with routes that exploit his size, speed, and one-on-one ability, but the offensive scheme is not designed to leverage these strengths. Static formations and predictable play-calling are preventing him from winning matchups, and defenses are finding multiple ways to shut him down.
