Jacobs sneaks into the top 40 of the flex rankings in his first game back from suspension. Although it's reasonable to think Jacobs will get 10 or more carries in his first game back, he probably isn't getting anywhere close to 20 carries. While Jacobs will certainly help, the Green Bay running game has been inept to this point.
