From the article
Chuba Hubbard has been on an absolute heater lately, with back-to-back outings of at least 120 rushing yards. I think that streak ends this week, though, against Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers are allowing just 14.4 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs, the third-fewest in the league.

Hubbard's hot streak ends against elite Buccaneers run defense; expect RB2 production.
Chuba Hubbard has been on a heater with back-to-back 120+ rushing yard outings, but this week's matchup against Tampa Bay will likely end that streak. The Buccaneers allow just 14.4 fantasy points per game to opposing running backs, the third-fewest in the league, and the most rushing yards any back has managed against them is 58 (Aaron Jones in Week 3 on 17 carries). Hubbard is ranked as a low-end RB1 but will probably produce like a low-end RB2 unless he scores or catches multiple passes.
